Pokémon Scarlet & Violet's Indigo Disk DLC introduces several new monsters and 25 returning Legendaries, but a lot of Pokémon are Shiny locked.

The Indigo Disk DLC for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet introduces new Pokémon and Legendaries, but many of them are Shiny locked.
The new Paradox Pokémon and certain Tera types are also Shiny locked in the Indigo Disk DLC.
There may be future events or Mystery Gifts that offer Shiny versions of these Pokémon.
