Joker: Folie a Deux’s 2024 release means that the year in question will hold an incredible stat for DC Studios across an almost two-decade time span.

2024 will mark the first year since 2016 without a mainline DC film, making Joker 2's Elseworlds status significant.
The record-breaking stretch of 19 years between 2016 and 2035 will only have one exception to the long-running release each year of a DCEU/DCU film: 2024 with the release of Joker: Folie à Deux.
